08-03-2010: No Excuses For Undisciplined Congressional Children

The United States Senate and House of Representatives conduct business like naughty spoiled children in a borrowed neighbor’s sand box. Since these elected brats are not able to discipline themselves, “we the people”, the parents, will have to provide better structure. Removal and replacement through knowledgeable voting on a regular basis would suffice. TERM LIMITS RULE.

There is no excuse for casting votes for representatives who are not committed to representing “we the people”.

There is no excuse for “career politicians”. Elected office is a temporary privilege and an honor – not a career.

There is no excuse for subjecting U.S. Senators to the mud wrestling of the popular vote as promulgated by the progressive 17th Amendment. Proper legislative checks and balances require repeal of the 17th Amendment. U.S. Senators must be “appointed” by the various elected State legislatures.

Legislation is enacted by Congress. All spending appropriations originate in the House of Representatives.
There is no excuse for blaming a hapless President for the criminally negligent, even illegal legislation passed by a corrupt Congress.

There is no excuse for “sharia law” under a Judeo-Christian society.
There is no excuse for “openness” to an Islamic religion that is “open” to no one or anything and has “world domination” as its declared mandate.

There is no excuse for sacrificing Afghan, American and American ally’s lives for the protection of opium poppy cultivation, the world’s drug trade and $500 billion to $1 trillion in drug money laundering by the world’s central banks. The precious blood of our military is not to be shed as the private police force of the Federal Reserve Banks.

There is no excuse for an open Southern border criminally promoting a profitable drug trade.

The highest Bush government spending deficit was $458 billion. This deficit level was insane and irresponsible.
There is no excuse for the Obama Administration to triple this deficit to $1.3 trillion.

There is no excuse for placing the United States of America in bankruptcy.
There is no excuse for destroying U.S. credit worthiness.
There is no excuse for undermining the value of U.S. currency.
There is no excuse for allowing Federal bankruptcy to undermine U.S. military defensive capability. This constitutes “high crimes and misdemeanors”.
There is no excuse for our private, parasitic, wealth robbing, central bank – the Federal Reserve Banking Criminal Enterprise.

There is no excuse for allowing corrupt unions and short sighted, multi-national corporations to force American manufacturing jobs overseas.

The average unemployment percentage achieved by the irresponsible Bush Administration was 5.2%.
There is no excuse for the Marxist Obama Administration to be averaging 9.4%.

There is no excuse for Congress not enacting The Enumerated Powers Act, H.R. 2458, introduced every single year for at least the past six years by soon to retire, Congressman John Shadegg, serving the 3rd Congressional District of Arizona. This Act requires citing Constitutional authority for all proposed legislation. Congressman Shadegg’s legislation has been ignored by a Congress, too corrupt to function and too shameless to honor our Constitution.

There is no excuse for Congress not passing legislation specifically requiring all members of Congress to be subject to the laws they legislate. The United States does not require an elite “Ruling Class” for its survival. Proverbs 23: 13 – 14 says, “Withhold not chastisement from a boy; if you beat him with the rod, he will not die. Beat him with the rod and you will save him from the nether world”. My wife and I have never found the need to spank our children. Congress, on the other hand, could use a good and apparently frequent paddling.

There is no excuse for “we the people” allowing our Federal government to illegally and tyrannically co-opt our individual liberty by trampling Constitutionally enumerated State’s Rights. STATE’S RIGHTS RULE.

There is no excuse for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to pick and choose which laws passed by Congress they may or may not conveniently enforce. We do not have an immigration problem. The United States has a law enforcement problem. DOJ heads should roll. If the DOJ does not respect The Rule of Law, how can anyone be asked to respect it with a straight face? This is the stuff of despotic, banana republics.

There is no excuse for appointing ignorant, short sighted political hacks to our Supreme Court.
There is no excuse for the U.S. Senate to politicize or abuse their “advise and consent” responsibility with regard to Supreme Court Justices by holding inadequate, biased photo-op hearings organized along party lines.

There is no excuse for excuses. Failure relies on excuses. Success requires no excuse.
